With a background in stockbroking and using analytics tools for market forecasting through to the beginnings of analysing online user behaviour, data has always played a large role in Tim’s career. Matt is a technically minded individual who specialises in delivering analytics, optimisation and data management platforms. Nick is an Adobe Analytics specialist, who has over 7 years’ experience using the Adobe platform. He provides organisations with invaluable data and analysis, data visualisation, while leveraging Adobe Analytics best practice solution. Nick is an expert across the entire Adobe Suite, from implementation, campaign tracking, tag management, Report Builder, Ad hoc Analysis, Target for optimisations and is one of few people in Australia certified in Adobe Workbench.
Kate is an experienced brand communications professional with project, brand and account management experience. Kate has worked with major local and global brands including those in the property, resources, not-for-profit, education, Government and construction industries. She currently focuses on the delivery management across our projects here at Digital Balance. Kate has a passion for achieving outcomes and a track record of delivering growth.
Francesco has over 7 years experience in delivery management roles including digital producer, project manager & brand manager. He has supported both local and national brands / organisations with the required management skills to deliver projects from start to finish and grow its brand. Originally from Italy, Francesco is a passionate individual who strives to better himself by gaining knowledge and learnings from his peers. Renee has over fifteen years experience in a variety of roles, including digital and direct marketing, eCommerce, digital change and strategy in both the UK and Australia. She has effectively led people through change and her focus is on supporting and enabling people to deliver the best results. Renee has excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, particularly with navigating large & complex organisations.
With 15+ years’ experience in driving engagement and conversion rates via the digital channel, Meg’s focus lies in improving user experience and generating ROI via targeting, personalisation and A/B testing. Expertise in prioritisation frameworks, strategy, governance, process and training. Hands on Adobe Suite experience including: Target, Analytics, Audience Manager, and Experience Manager. She is insight led and data driven with a deep understanding of visitor behaviour, user journeys, audience segmentation, digital and content marketing.
