It’s great to see that we’re not the only ones that are a little bit nuts about Adobe Analytics. Apparently Forrester is too. They’ve just positioned Adobe Analytics as the global leaders in their review of analytics vendors and solutions.
Adobe scored the highest across 10 of 13 categories:
- Metrics, dimensions and correlations
- Reporting and analysis
- Application usability and administration
- Service and support
- Product strategy (equal with IBM)
- Corporate strategy (equal with IBM)
- Quality of references
- Company financials
- Installed Base
With their new vision for the Marketing Cloud and the integration of data across the different products, it’s no wonder they’re rocking the analytics world.
